Set up an invitation link to the space

You can create an invitation link to invite members within the Repsona space. Anyone can join the space by sharing the invitation link. Explains how to create an invitation link.

Set up an invitation link to the space

1. Open the setting menu from the icon on the upper right of the screen.
   
2. Click "Administrator Settings".
3. Open the Invitation Links tab.

Create an invitation link

1. Click the "Create an invitation link" button.
2. Set the expiration date of the invitation link and the project you want to invite, and click the "Create" button.
3. The URL of the link will be created, so please share it by email or other contact method.

Share the invitation link

1. Click the "Copy" button.
2. The URL is copied and ready to be pasted.
3. Send the URL to the person you want to invite by email or other means of contact.

Anyone can join the space by accessing the shared URL and entering their email address.

Invalidate invitation links

You can invalidate the invitation link by clicking the "Invalidate" button. Once invalidated, it cannot be undone. If you want to invite a new person, please create a new link and share it.
