Billing

To use Repsona's paid plan, please set the payment method and change the plan. Explains how to set the payment method and how to check the payment history.

Billing

  1. Open the setting menu from the icon on the upper right of the screen.
  2. Click "Administrator Settings".
  3. Open the Billing tab.

Plan in use

The plan you are using "Free plan" or "Standard plan" is displayed.

If you are using the free plan, the "Upgrade to Standard" button will be displayed.

If you are using the standard plan, the time and amount of your next payment will be displayed. You can change the plan from the "Change plan" button.

Payment method

Repsona paid plans only accept credit cards. You can add the credit card information used for payment.

Change credit card

Enter your new card information and click the "Add Card" button. Cards are added and listed. Click the "Use this card" button for your new card.

Company Name and Location

You can set the company name and location information. This information will be included on the invoice.

Payment history

You can check the payment history. You can download invoices and receipts from the invoice number link. Payment history is only displayed for the latest 24 months.

Switch to free plan

If you have a valid paid plan, you will see a "Switch to free plan" button. It will continue automatically until the plan expires, and when the due date comes, it will shift to the free plan.

Since there is only one project in the free plan, please select the project to be used after becoming the free plan and switch to the free plan.
