We asked Mr. Higashi, who is the Division Manager at Tech Division, ITTA Business Division, Fabeee Co., Ltd., about the background and the usability of introducing Repsona.
Mr. Higashi: Fabeee Co., Ltd. is an IT company focusing on AI R & D and SES businesses. I'm a remote SES service called "Team Development for Labs" and I'm the leader of that team. All members are remote and working with online tools.
Customers who emphasize face-to-face may be concerned about full-remote development, but by staying office for several months or switching to remote while adjusting work flow, we are receiving requests with peace of mind.
With the progress of remote work, I feel that we can take advantage of our strengths such as online tools and online meetings.

Mr. Higashi: The introduction to the company is a trial stage, and I am currently using it for personal development projects. I would like to develop while taking on the technology that I do not normally use in my business, by using the service that manages my bookshelf and the API of the Diet Library.
Mr. Higashi: Based on my experience so far, medium-scale development requires not only task management, but also document management such as process charts (Gantt Chart) and specifications. It's inefficient to have these separated into different tools in one project.
For example, you may be able to use Trello. But Gantt Chart requires a plugin and we have to use another tool for document management.
Repsona also has a document management feature
Mr. Higashi: With Repsona, it's nice to have one tool for project management and document management. Even if it is a free plan, all the functions can be used and it is rich. Functions such as Gantt chart, Kanban, and Burndown chart require a paid plan registration for other services. I'm using Repsona because I wondered if I could use it like this for free.
Mr. Higashi: The response speed when sending inquiries and feedback emails are very wonderful, and I think this is a reliable point for the service.
I also participate in the Slack community, and I think it's nice to see the interaction with users. I think communication is going well.
Then, Repsona is really lightweight. I never felt heavy.
Mr. Higashi: If you continue to expand the functionality as it is, I think it will become a service that we want to use even more! It will be convenient if the notifications become more substantial. When I started using Repsona, it was hard to understand the difference between "Responsible" and "Ball," so it may be good to have a site that explains such detailed usage.

We can organize teams, set roles, etc. so that we can work on a common understanding.
Operability is easy to understand compared to other tools, and the burden when using with new members is small. I am very satisfied.
Tasks can be added and removed on the Gantt chart (Timeline) screen, and parent-child relationships can be changed easily. This is the best.
