Invite your teammates to Repsona

Invite your teammates to the Repsona space to move the project forward! Learn how to invite your teammates to the space.

Repsona is also useful for managing your own tasks, but more useful with your team. It has useful features such as commenting on tasks and managing their status. Invite your teammates to the space to move your work forward.

There are two ways to invite

• 1 Join from "Invitation Link"
• 2 Send an "invitation email"

1 Join from "Invitation Link"

1. Open the setting menu from the icon on the upper right of the screen
   
2. Click "Administrator Settings".
3. Click the "Invitation Links" tab.
4. Click the "Create an invitation Link" button.
5. Set the expiration date of the invitation link and the project you want to invite, and click the "Create" button.
6. The URL of the link will be created, so please share it by email or other contact method.

Anyone can join the space by accessing the shared URL and entering their email address.

2 Send an "invitation email"

1. Open the setting menu from the icon on the upper right of the screen
2. Click "Administrator Settings".
3. Click the "Members" tab.
4. Click the "Invite new member" button.
5. Enter the email address and user name of the member you want to invite, the project you want to invite, and click the "Invite" button.

Members invited to the space will receive an email with a link to join Repsona. The user can set a password to login.

When teammates join

When your teammates join, the space owner will receive an email. Teammates participate with "member" privileges, so change the privileges as needed.

If you invite without setting "Project you want to invite", newly joined members will not be participating in any project. Add it to your project to work with you.
